Postage Costs
Postage is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total cost of your order and your location. We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £20.
Here’s a quick guide to our shipping rates within the UK:
- Up to £19.99: £3.00 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

£20 and Above: £3.00 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the the following day.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out on the next working day.
During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed if there are delays.
Delivery Services
We use Royal Mail to deliver your orders safely and promptly. These are services we trust to provide excellent service across the UK.
International Orders & Customs
Currently, we do not ship internationally. If this changes in the future, please be aware that international orders may incur customs charges that you’ll be responsible for upon your parcel’s arrival.
Important Information for EU & Northern Ireland Customers
Due to recent legislation (GPSR), we’re unable to ship to Europe or Northern Ireland at the moment. We’re looking at a solution and hope to resume shipping to these regions soon. In the meantime, any orders placed from Europe or Northern Ireland will be cancelled and fully refunded. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
