Returns and Refunds Policy
At Brilliantly Brave, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and stress-free returns process.
Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. If for any reason you need to return your order, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive it to let us know.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, and with all tags intact. We believe every card is special, and we kindly ask that they be returned just as you received them.
You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase to initiate the return.
How to Request a Return
We aim to make returns as easy as possible. Here’s how you can start:

Please note: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love what you’ve ordered, but sometimes things can go wrong. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply email us at info@brilliantlybrave.co.uk with photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and, in most cases, arrange for a replacement.
Exchanges
Need something different? While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order once the return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If everything checks out, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shopify handles our payment processing, so you’ll receive an automatic refund confirmation once it's done.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@brilliantlybrave.co.uk.
Non-Returnable Items
Currently, we don’t offer sales or gift cards, and these exclusions will remain in place for future policy updates.
